The DC Extended Universe is looking to bring a wave of new content to fans in the coming months, and they’re starting by teasing two of their biggest upcoming releases. At CinemaCon, DC debuted a new trailer for “The Flash,” which brings back Ezra Miller’s Barry Allen as the titular speedster. The trailer also includes a surprise appearance from Michael Keaton’s Batman, who returns to the role after almost 30 years.

Additionally, DC gave fans a first look at the upcoming sequel to “Aquaman,” titled “Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom.” The footage shown was described as a sizzle reel, showcasing the return of Jason Momoa’s Arthur Curry as the underwater hero. The film is set to bring back many of the original’s creative team, including director James Wan and writer David Leslie Johnson-McGoldrick.

These two teasers are just the beginning for DC’s upcoming slate of films. “The Flash” is set to release on November 4, 2022, and “Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom” is currently scheduled for December 16, 2022. Other upcoming DC projects include “The Batman,” “Black Adam,” and “Shazam! Fury of the Gods.” With so much on the horizon, it’s an exciting time for DC fans.
