Trust Deepika Padukone to make heads turn wherever she goes, whether it is her breathtaking airport looks or her charismatic event appearances. Recently, the Pathaan star was seen arriving for an event in her hometown Bengaluru, along with sister Anisha.
Devoid of any starry air and fanfare, the diva made a low-key entrance to the event, dressed up in a plain white shirt with denims. Even though she was escorted by her security entourage at the do, the star looked completely at ease amidst the crowd and thoroughly enjoyed herself.
Of course, her fans went ballistic with the unexpected sighting of their diva and were seen rooting for her. While one fan shouted, “Deepika we love you,” another one said, “Seeing Deepika was a bonus.” Another fan, who was pleasantly surprised at seeing the star said, “I never expected I will meet the person who inspired me all these years. You are a true rockstar.” After the event, Deepika returned to Mumbai late on Sunday night.
The actor, who is extremely popular on social media, recently changed her Instagram DP to reveal her love for cloud formations. The diva not only changed her display to a cloud pic, but also posted two pictures of the same and wrote, “Anyone else obsessed with taking pictures of cloud formations? #nofilter.”
Deepika will next be seen in Siddharth Anand’s Fighter in which she will be paired opposite Hrithik Roshan for the first time. The movie, co-starring Anil Kapoor, will hit theatres later this year.
