Mother’s Day, that was celebrated in the country yesterday, saw a host of Bollywood celebs pay homage to their mothers and mothers-in-law. Nick Jonas, husband of Priyanka Chopra, took to his IG handle earlier today (May 14 evening, Pacific Daylight Time) to wish both his mom and mum-in-law a very Happy Mother’s Day.
Taking to his IG stories, Nick first posted a pic with his mother Denise Miller-Jonas and wrote, “Happy Mother’s Day mom. Love you so much.” He then posted a picture with his mom-in-law Madhu Chopra writing, “Happy Mother’s Day to my incredible mother-in-law”. He also tagged Madhu on the same and added “love you”. Earlier, Madhu Chopra had also shared a montage of pics with the entire family, that included Priyanka, her brother Siddharth, Nick and granddaughter Malti. She captioned the same, “My World.”
Earlier yesterday, PeeCee had taken to her IG handle to share a pic of herself, her mum and daughter Malti. She penned a lengthy note along with the same and said, “Im so lucky to have always known the love of a mother. My mother is the strongest woman I know. And her mother was too. I come from a lineage of women who are warriors and I was blessed to be raised by many of them. My Mum, my aunts, my grand mothers. Thank you Ma, you’re the greatest gift in my life. I could not be more grateful you’re mine!”
She further said, “Also thank you Denise for raising an exceptional son and for all the love you bestow upon our family. I’m so blessed.
And… I love you Malti Marie. Thank you for making me a mama. Its the greatest honour of my life that you chose me. ❤️🙏🏽🥹 #HappyMothersDay to all celebrating ❤️”
