Not many know that SRK was initially cast in ‘Fauji’ to count crows on trees. Colonel Raj Kapoor‘s son couldn’t handle the lead role and camerawork at the same time, so SRK was offered the lead instead. Fauji released in 1989 and ran for a total number of 13 episodes.
Shah Rukh kick-started the year with a bang after his film, ‘Pathaan’ went on to become a blockbuster at the box office. The Siddharth Anand directorial also starred Deepika Padukone and John Abraham in lead roles.
Next, Shah Rukh will be seen collaborating with South director Atlee for ‘Jawan‘ which also stars Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi and Sanya Malhotra in lead roles. The makers have also reportedly got Allu Arjun on board for a special cameo. Apart from this, SRK also has Rajlkumar Hirani’s ‘Dunki‘ co-starring Taapsee Pannu.
