Vicky Kaushal, who will be seen playing a stingy character in his upcoming film, ‘Zara Hatke Zara Bachke‘, talked about being ‘kanjoos‘ in real life too. The actor also shared an interesting anecdote with his wife Katrina Kaif.
During the trailer launch of the film, Vicky was asked if he is a miser in real life, similar to his character in the film. Replying to the same, Vicky said that he is a little kanjoos. The actor also recalled an incident where Katrina once told him that she wanted to have a bar at their house. After selecting the design she wanted, she showed it to the actor. Vicky was so shocked to see the price of the bar she wanted that he told her that he would rather stand himself and serve people than build that bar in the house.

Vicky also added that he also gets anxious when food gets wasted. However, there is an exception to rajma because he loves to eat leftover rajma chawal the next day.
Zara Hatke Zara Bachke’ is set in Indore, with Vicky playing the role of Kapil and Sara essaying the character of Soumya. The small-town story starts with the couple head-over-heels for each other. However, life takes a turn a few years later, with the couple constantly fighting. They eventually file for a divorce. It is slated to hit the theatres on June 2, 2023.
This is the first time Vicky and Sara will be seen sharing the screen space in a film.
